what I received was far from the stunning experience one would expect. the room was extremely tired, and breakfast was a mere shadow of what it should have been. I had hoped for a stunning upgrade or at least a complimentary gesture but clearly, that was too much to ask. almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The view of the lake from the balcony perfectly sets the mood for a relaxing getaway. Access to the lake allows for refreshing swims right outside your door.
Encountered lukewarm water in the shower, especially frustrating after a chilly day outdoors. Cleaning could be more thorough, as the shower corner had some dirt. Limited nearby dining options and no supermarkets make stocking up on essentials challenging.

The room offered a stunning view of Lake Como, particularly from the lovely balcony, a perfect spot for relaxation. Amazing location and great vibes!
The staff here were super helpful, got us dinner on the terrace even though it was busy. Kids loved swimming in the lake while we relaxed with wine. Breakfast was basic but hit the spot. Only wish the coffee was stronger! Restaurant was nice too, perfect for winding down after a long drive.

amazing views but a few issues
The staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming, making every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. I loved having breakfast on the balcony with a stunning view of the lake that really started my day on the right note! The room itself was cozy, and the access to the refreshing lake for swimming was a fantastic perk that added to the experience.

We had a lovely stay in a room with a stunning lake view, where we enjoyed swimming in the refreshing water and relaxing on the balcony with a great book. The lounge area was cozy, perfect for unwinding with family after a day of exploring. The only downside was some noise from nearby guests, but it didn't really bother us. Don’t miss out on the local dining spots nearby! 😊

The views of the lake from the rooms are absolutely stunning—you can really soak in the atmosphere of the area. Plus, the direct access for swimming is a solid perk, making for some refreshing dips in the water.
The Wi-Fi is a bit weak, and it can be frustrating when you're trying to get your data fixed. I encountered lukewarm water during my shower, which didn't really help after a chilly evening. The noise from the restaurant nearby can creep into the rooms, so be ready for an early night if you want some peace. the breakfast variety felt limited, lacking fresh options, and those uphill walks to the bus could leave you a bit winded if you're not careful. Keep in mind, parking might be tight if you visit during a busy season.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The location right by the lake was perfect for relaxing after exploring places like Bellagio and Varenna. Breakfast was hearty and filled us up for the day. We loved the convenience of parking right outside and friendly service made us feel very welcome. Don’t hesitate to grab a cappuccino in the morning while enjoying the view!
Just a heads up, the noise from the restaurant could be a bit much during the evenings, but it wasn’t too disruptive after 10:30 pm.
